Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The congress centre is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Some areas will be reserved for people with reduced mobility in the conference rooms too. Please inform us by contacting reception@aqps.info of any particular needs you may have during the conference so that we may be better fulfill them during the event.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to reserve your hotel room at a special rate at the Four Points by Sheraton, which is situated in the same building as the Lévis Congress Centre.
How can I follow the daily schedule during the event?
The Swapcard app, which was used at the last edition of Quebec’s Suicide Prevention Forum in 2024, will once again be available to you so that you may navigate the daily activities, check out who is attending the event, network, and build your own personalized schedule. This app will be available for free starting in September.
Can I receive a certificate of attendance for my professional order?
Yes, certificates of attendance may be granted. The registration form includes a field where you may indicate that you would like to receive one, and a certificate will be given to you at the event. A confirmation letter will also be sent to you after the event.

Do the prices displayed include sales tax?
Yes, all prices are tax included.
What is the deadline to register for the event?
Online registrations close on Friday, October 16th, at 11:59 pm.
Are any special rates available for groups?
No, there are no group rates available. You must register individually. You can, however, benefit from a special rate if your organisation is a member of AQPS, as well as a presale rate until September 1st at 11:59 pm.
What is included in my registration?
A one-day pass includes:
- Access to all conferences on the chosen day
- French-English translation of all conferences
- Lunch and snacks
- Access to all common meeting spaces
- Complete access to the mobile app and networking with all conference participants
- Opportunities to connect with conference partners and speakers on the mobile app before, during, and after the event
How can I pay for my registration?
By credit card or bank transfer.
Will I receive a confirmation when I register?
Yes, a confirmation email, which also serves as a receipt, will be sent to you after registration. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received anything. Otherwise, contact reception@aqps.info and we will send you another confirmation email.
Can I cancel my registration?
Unfortunately, registration is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Is it possible for my colleague to attend in my place?
A transfer to another person can be authorized by AQPS by written request to reception@aqps.info, up until September 18th, 2026. The transfer is subject to validation, depending on special rates (member, student, or any other particular categories).
