Cancellation policy
Important: registration is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Transferring one’s registration to another person may be authorized by AQPS upon request to reception@aqps.info, until September 18th, 2026. The transfer is subject to certain conditions such as if the registration is associated with a special rate (member, student, or other categories).
